1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a rental inquiry or application, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Rental Agreement, and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and the Peachtree Auto Rental name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Peachtree and may not be used without our prior written permission.

3. Rental Inquiries & Applications

Submitting a rental inquiry or application through our website, our booking form, or any third-party form we link to is a request only. Submitting an application does not guarantee vehicle availability or rental approval. All inquiries and applications are reviewed by Peachtree, and we may accept or decline any request at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in any inquiry or application. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in your request being declined or a confirmed reservation being cancelled.

4. Vehicle Availability

All vehicles shown on our website are subject to availability and may be removed, reserved, or changed at any time without notice. Vehicle specifications, features, and images are provided for general information and may vary from the actual vehicle provided at pickup.

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, scheduling, or other circumstances. Any substitution will be communicated before or at pickup.

5. Rates, Pricing & Payment Obligations

Weekly, daily, and monthly rates displayed on our website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle availability, rental duration, driver age, additional drivers, add-ons, and applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking. A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation.

You are responsible for all charges associated with your rental, including the rental rate, applicable taxes and fees, fuel, mileage overages, tolls, cleaning, damage, and any other charges described in your Rental Agreement. Payment is due according to the terms disclosed at booking and in your Rental Agreement.

6. Deposits & Security Holds

A security deposit or authorization hold may be required at pickup. The hold is not a charge but may reduce your available credit or balance until released. Deposits are refunded or holds released according to the terms in your Rental Agreement, typically after the vehicle is returned, inspected, and any outstanding charges are settled.

7. Insurance Requirements

You must maintain valid automobile insurance and meet any coverage requirements described at booking and in your Rental Agreement. Optional protection products may be available for purchase; details, coverage limits, and exclusions are provided in your Rental Agreement.

You may be able to use qualifying personal auto insurance or credit card rental coverage, subject to verification. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft not covered by purchased protection or verified insurance.

8. Driver Qualification

To rent a vehicle from Peachtree, you must meet our driver qualification requirements, which include a minimum age, a valid and unexpired driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. Additional drivers must also meet these requirements and be listed on the Rental Agreement.

We may verify your license, driving record, and identity through third-party services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if qualification requirements are not met or if information cannot be verified.

9. Third-Party Rideshare & Delivery Platform Use

Vehicles rented under our Rideshare Collection may be used for commercial rideshare and delivery platforms (such as Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash) only where expressly approved by Peachtree at the time of booking. Approval for use on a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own requirements, which you are responsible for meeting independently.

Peachtree does not guarantee approval by any rideshare or delivery platform, and our authorization of a vehicle for such use does not guarantee you will be activated or permitted to drive by any platform. You are solely responsible for complying with all platform policies, background checks, and applicable laws while using a rented vehicle for commercial purposes.

Vehicles not designated for rideshare or delivery use may not be used for commercial passenger or delivery services unless authorized in writing by Peachtree.

10. Permitted Use

Rented vehicles may only be operated by the renter and any additional drivers listed on the Rental Agreement. Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and the terms of your Rental Agreement.

11. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Peachtree, rented vehicles may not be used to:

• Tow another vehicle or trailer
• Transport hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials
• Participate in racing, speed testing, or off-road driving
• Sublease, resell, or re-rent the vehicle to another party
• Drive outside the State of Georgia or the continental United States without prior written approval
• Commit or facilitate any unlawful act

12. Damages & Accidents

You are responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until it is returned to and inspected by Peachtree. You must report any accident, damage, or theft to Peachtree and the appropriate authorities as soon as practicable and cooperate with any insurance or legal process.

You are financially responsible for damage to or loss of the vehicle occurring during your rental period that is not covered by purchased protection or verified insurance, as described in your Rental Agreement.

13. Towing & Impound

You are responsible for all towing, impound, recovery, storage, and related fees incurred during your rental period, including those resulting from illegal parking, violations, abandonment, or failure to return the vehicle on time. Peachtree may recover a vehicle and charge all associated costs to you if the vehicle is improperly used, abandoned, or not returned as agreed.

14. Cancellations, No-Shows & Changes

Cancellation and no-show policies vary by rental type and will be provided at the time of booking. Weekly, monthly, and specialty program rentals may carry different cancellation terms than standard rentals. Changes to an existing reservation are subject to vehicle availability and may affect your rate.

15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and vehicles are provided "as is." While we work to ensure our fleet is clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented online, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachtree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or rental of a vehicle, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your rental will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in your Rental Agreement.

17. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from Peachtree Auto Rental, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages related to your rental inquiry, rental application, vehicle availability, pickup information, payment reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or rental.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
