These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of peachtreeautorental.com and any vehicle reservation or rental with Peachtree Auto Rental ("Peachtree," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully before using our website or renting a vehicle.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting a reservation, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Rental Agreement, and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility to Rent
To rent a vehicle from Peachtree, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (some vehicle categories may require a higher minimum age)
- Hold a valid, unexpired driver's license
- Provide a valid form of payment in your name
- Meet any additional insurance or program-specific requirements described at the time of booking
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and the Peachtree Auto Rental name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Peachtree and may not be used without our prior written permission.
4. Reservations & Rental Agreement
Submitting a reservation through our website is a request to rent a vehicle, subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not final until confirmed by Peachtree. At pickup, you will be required to sign a separate Rental Agreement, which contains the full terms governing your specific rental, including insurance options, mileage limits, and vehicle condition acknowledgment. In the event of a conflict, the signed Rental Agreement will govern your individual rental.
5. Rates, Charges & Payment
Daily, weekly, and monthly rates displayed on our website are estimates and may vary based on vehicle availability, rental duration, driver age, additional drivers, add-ons, and applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking. A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation, and a security deposit or hold may be required at pickup. Additional charges may apply for items such as fuel, mileage overages, tolls, cleaning, or damage, as described in your Rental Agreement.
6. Cancellations, No-Shows & Changes
Cancellation and no-show policies vary by rental type and will be provided at the time of booking. Weekly, monthly, and specialty program rentals (such as Travel Nurse or Rideshare rentals) may carry different cancellation terms than standard daily rentals. Changes to an existing reservation are subject to vehicle availability and may affect your rate.
7. Permitted Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles may only be operated by the renter and any additional drivers listed on the Rental Agreement. Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and the terms of your Rental Agreement.
8. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Peachtree, rented vehicles may not be used to:
- Tow another vehicle or trailer
- Transport hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials
- Participate in racing, speed testing, or off-road driving
- Sublease, resell, or re-rent the vehicle to another party
- Drive outside the continental United States without prior written approval
- Commit or facilitate any unlawful act
Vehicles rented under our Rideshare Collection are approved for rideshare and delivery platform use as described at booking; other vehicles may not be used for commercial passenger or delivery services unless authorized.
9. Fuel, Mileage & Condition
Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, or a refueling charge will apply. Mileage limits, if applicable to your rental, will be disclosed at booking; mileage beyond the included allowance may incur a per-mile charge. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
10. Specialty Rental Programs
Our Travel Nurse, Rideshare, Long-Term, and Business/Executive rental programs may carry program-specific terms regarding minimum rental length, mileage, early termination, and required documentation (such as a contract assignment letter or rideshare platform approval). These terms will be disclosed at the time of booking and take precedence over general rental terms where they conflict.
11. Insurance, Damage & Liability
You are responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until it is returned to and inspected by Peachtree. Optional protection products may be available at booking; details, coverage limits, and exclusions will be provided in your Rental Agreement. You may also be able to use qualifying personal auto insurance or credit card rental coverage, subject to verification. You are financially responsible for damage, loss, or theft occurring during your rental period that is not covered by purchased protection or verified insurance, as described in your Rental Agreement.
12. Returns & Late Fees
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location on or before the scheduled return date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges and, in cases of extended unauthorized possession, may be reported as required by law. If you need to extend your rental, contact us in advance to confirm vehicle availability and updated pricing.
13. Business Opportunity Purchases
Purchases of the Car Rental Business Blueprint or related strategy calls are separate from vehicle rental services and are governed by the purchase terms presented at checkout, including any applicable refund policy. The Blueprint is educational content only; Peachtree does not guarantee any specific business outcome, income, or result from its use.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peachtree Auto Rental, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of a rented vehicle, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and vehicles are provided "as is." While we work to ensure our fleet is clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented online, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachtree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or rental of a vehicle, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your rental will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in your Rental Agreement.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
